1. Sponsor

The 2026 Tax Season Community Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by:

Tax preparation services are provided through Marrero Accounting Solutions.

This promotion relates solely to tax preparation services and does not apply to or require the purchase of securities, investment products, or advisory services.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on February 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 15, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

All entries must be submitted online by April 15, 2026.

The winner will be selected on or about April 22, 2026.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at time of entry

  • Submit a valid entry during the Promotion Period

Limit two (2) total entries per individual or household during the Promotion Period.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Veritas Financial Solutions or Marrero Accounting Solutions are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Engaging tax preparation services does not increase the odds of winning beyond the maximum number of entries permitted under these Official Rules.

Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. How to Enter

All entries must be submitted through the official online entry form located at:

www.veritasfinancial.solutions/special-offer

Participants may receive up to two (2) total entries:

Entry Method 1: Primary Entry

Participants receive one (1) entry by either:

  • Engaging Veritas Financial Solutions for 2025 federal tax preparation services during the Promotion Period, or

  • Completing and submitting the online entry form without purchasing services.

Only one (1) primary entry per person or household is permitted.

Entry Method 2: Social Media Bonus Entry

Participants may receive one (1) additional entry by:

  • Following the official Veritas Financial Solutions Facebook and Instagram page, and

  • Commenting TAX READY on the official Sweepstakes announcement post during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) bonus entry per person.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify duplicate, automated, or fraudulent submissions.

6. Prize

One (1) Apple iPad, 11-inch model, Wi-Fi version, 128GB storage, Silver color (Model MD3Y4LL/A), equipped with A16 chip and Liquid Retina display.

Manufacturer: Apple Inc.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $349.00 USD.

ARV is based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price at the time these Official Rules were prepared. Actual market value may vary.

Prize includes the device only. Accessories, AppleCare+, subscriptions, cellular service, or additional items are not included.

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur on or about April 22, 2026.

Winner will be notified via phone and/or email within five (5) business days.

If the selected winner:

  • Cannot be contacted

  • Fails to respond within five (5) business days

  • Declines the prize

  • Fails to complete required documentation

An alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Veritas Financial Solutions to use the winner’s name and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules

  • Disqualify entries suspected of fraud, tampering, or abuse

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if technical failures or other factors impair its integrity

All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Veritas Financial Solutions and Marrero Accounting Solutions from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s total liability arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall not exceed the ARV of the prize.

Sponsor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, platform outages, internet disruptions, or errors in administration.

11. Disputes

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Shasta County, California.

12. Time Limitation on Claims

Any claim arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises. Claims brought after this period shall be permanently barred.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Veritas Financial Solutions’ Privacy Policy.

Tax preparation information remains confidential in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
